Our Oyambre restaurant offers guests everything they could wish for, combining traditional cuisine with signature dishes which compare with those of the most famous restaurants.
At the helm of our kitchen team is head chef Juan Manuel España whose achievements include serving dinner to the King and Queen of Spain, teaching at a catering school and working in some of Spain’s finest kitchens. We are privileged to have him with us.
